Job Description

- APAC Region 마케팅팀과 협력하여 한국내 브랜드 통합 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 업무총괄 담당
- 브랜드별 마케팅 전략 개발 및 full-funnel 미디어 믹스 진행으로 브랜드 인지도, 선호도 및 매출증대에 기여 향상
- 온라인 기사, 소셜 미디어, 잡지, OOH 등 다양한 미디어를 통해 마케팅 커뮤니케이션을 강화하여 소비자 참여 유도

- 미디어를 통한 소비자 마케팅 외 Experiential Marketing, Trade Marketing 리드 
- 경쟁사 현황 및 시장 동향 모니터링
- 대행사와 긴밀히 협력하고 각 사업별 성과를 모니터링하며, 개별 계약 관리
- 마케팅 예산수립 및 모니터링 관리를 통한 합리적인 마케팅 활동 집행 및 마케팅 효율제고

- Region에 한국의 성공적인 마케팅 활동 내역 공유 

- Lead and oversee integrated marketing communications activities in Korea in close collaboration with the APAC Regional Marketing team. 

- Develop brand-specific marketing strategies and execute full-funnel media mix initiatives to enhance brand awareness, brand preference, and sales performance. 

- Strengthen marketing communications and drive consumer engagement through various media channels, including online articles, social media, magazines, and OOH advertising. 

- Lead Experiential Marketing and Trade Marketing initiatives in addition to consumer marketing activities through media channels. 

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. 

- Collaborate closely with agencies, monitor the performance of marketing activities across business units, and manage individual agency contracts. 

- Establish and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources, optimize marketing investments, and improve overall marketing efficiency. 

- Share successful marketing initiatives and best practices from Korea with regional teams to support knowledge exchange and business growth.

Qualification

- 동종업계 12년 이상의 경력
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 중급 이상
- 시장에 대한 깊이 있는 이해
- 내외 이해관계자와의 파트너십 구축을 위한 높은 수준의 커뮤니케이션 스킬

- 12+ years of progressive experience within the relevant industry. 

- Strong English communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate in a regional and global business environment. 

- Deep understanding of the market, consumer insights, and competitive landscape. 

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Preferred

- 유사 제품, 브랜드 경력
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 상급

- Relevant experience with comparable products and brands. 

- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

근무시간: 주 5일, 09:00~18:00 (유연근무제 - 9:00 ~ 10:00 사이 출근하여 8시간 근무) 

주 1회 재택근무
