Senior Capacity planner

1. Understand the program developing and launch timeline by working closely with PD.

2. Produces and analyzes capacity reports with our demand planner to maximize operational capacities outlined from our suppliers.

3.  Continuously follow-up, analyze and take action to improve supplier delivery 

performance and ensure goods are shipped on time.

4. Monitoring and tracking work in progress (WIP); escalating capacity and actual 

production timeline to supervisor.

5. Update and maintain WIP, capacity planning and PO shipment report.

6.  Identifying and initiating any tactical planning to be carried out to optimize and improve 

capacity or performance.

7. Monitors, analyses, controls and follows up capacity planning with the goal to secure 

quality and availability for our customers, as well as cost efficiency.

8. Provides input to business to secure the right capacity with external service providers 

and internal stakeholders.

9. Create transparency on transport network and volume changes to identify procurement 

needs and capacity requirements for the operation team within perspective of end-to end goods flow.

1. Related working experience with good knowledge in logistics

2. Education within Logistics or supply chain or experienced within the same field

3. Experience in Forecasting and Capacity Planning and proven track record

4. Good knowledge of functions within consumer goods industry

5. Capability of building effective and trustful relationships

6. Good presentation and communication skills

7.Experience of relevant tools and working methods in the Distribution Services or other 

Supply Chain part. 

8.Good knowledge about logistical performance indicators and their main key drivers. 

9.Computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 

10. Fluent in English both written and verbal
