Senior Officer - Logistics

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

Responsible for day-to-day activity in CDC Transport Desk:

• Day to Day transporter bill passing.

• Generation of token for other charges. (Unloading charges, Detention charges Etc.…)

• Co-ordination with outbound and depot team for any discrepancy against LR 

• Co-ordination with finance team regarding transporter bills

• Co-ordination with transporter for timely submission of bills

• Co-ordination with seniors for necessary approvals of tokens. 

• Preparation of provision on monthly basis.

• Maintain MIS report of primary transportation cost on monthly basis

Special Projects Execution:

Value Added Services (VAS):

• Coordinate between Senior and Sub-ordinates for timely submission and timely payment of service providers.

Any other assignments and responsibility trusted by Management from time to time

1. Job Experience & Requirements

Education  

University Graduate in any Faculty

Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years working experience in SCM.

• Strong communication skills

• Good in planning and execution
