Wholesale Manager, Gregory

Develop and manage GREGORY’s wholesale business, including franchise and distributor partners across China.

Act as the key point of contact for wholesale partners, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with brand strategy.

Drive expansion plans in both existing and new markets in line with the company’s regional growth strategy.

Manage seasonal sell-in planning, buy-in alignment, and inventory planning with wholesale partners.

Monitor sell-out performance at store level and drive improvement actions with partners.

Optimize stock structure, replenishment, and turnover to ensure healthy inventory management.

Support store site selection, evaluation, and approval processes.

Manage store application workflow and follow store opening execution.

Ensure all wholesale stores meet GREGORY brand standards.

Support store staff training, product knowledge, and operational execution.

Ensure merchandising standards and ongoing replenishment.

Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational discipline and sell-out efficiency.

Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Ensure wholesale channel alignment with overall China business objectives.
