Senior Engineer II, Supplier Development

· Bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical or other related discipline. Master’s preferred

· 15 years of professional experience or demonstrated expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and/or supplier development for complex mechanical systems.

· Prior semiconductor or semiconductor equipment industry-based technical experience in Manufacturing Technologies

· Strong knowledge of:

o Applied operational and engineering statistical methods

o Process Control Systems (PCS) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

o DFMEA and PFMEA

o Failure Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping

o Structured problem solving methodologies (8D, EPS)

· Demonstrated ability to lead independently in a matrixed, global environment.

· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly in English.

· Proven experience working effectively across geographies, cultures, and disciplines.

· Acts as a technical leader and subject matter expert in supplier development and manufacturing capability.

· Drives accountability with suppliers while building strong, collaborative partnerships.

· Anticipates risks and proactively develops mitigation strategies aligned to business priorities.

· Comfortable leading ambiguity, influencing without authority, and managing multiple complex initiatives in parallel.
