Senior Specialist I, Demand Planning

The Spares Planner drives service parts availability and optimizes inventory levels across a specific geographic region. This role bridges the gap between Field Service Engineers, Service Operations and Logistics, reducing downtime waiting for parts through proactive planning, material management, and scheduling.

• →Inventory Planning & Management:
  • →Analyze historical demand, optimize planning parameters for the regions.
  • →Manage stocking levels, E&O and inventory rebalancing.
  • →Support NPI planning, initial stocking strategies, and part lifecycle transitions.
  • →Monitor and validate MRP accuracy. Responsible & resolves data integrity issues.  Responds to MRP validation inquiries from purchasing community.
  • →Expediting materials when foreseeing shortage in material horizontal table.
  • →Familiar with Engineering Change process, including Inventory Disposition / Legacy Support Planning / Last Time Buy.
• →Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between FSE, CSR, Buyer, Forecaster, and Logistics.

• 8+ years in Spares material planning, having other experience (customer service / order fulfillment / supply chain) will be plus.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent planning abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate between departments. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to support global interactions.
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
