• →FMEA include Design FMEA (DFMEA) and Process FMEA (PFMEA)
• →Structured Problem Solving (8D)
• →Supplier Leadership, Escalation Management and Communication Techniques across a broad range of business escalation types, (Customer, Supplier, Technical, Manufacturing, etc.)
