The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. The Operations Specialist serves as a key liaison between internal teams, strategic spares account managers, logistics and stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and business results.
- Execute and support daily operational activities to ensure business continuity and service delivery.
- Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collect, analyze,interpret and publish operational data and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on operational performance.
- Support operational projects, system implementations, and organizational initiatives.
- Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables.
- Assist with change management activities and user adoption efforts.
- Coordinate testing, training, and process documentation for new initiatives.
2-5 years customer service within a high tech environment is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and ability has been achieved.
Requirements

Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, or customer operations.
Project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, logistics, or a related business function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using ERP, CRM, or operational management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
