→Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
→Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take drink orders and engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
→Stock Management: Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies. Monitor inventory levels and inform barbacks when supplies need to be replenished.
→Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
→Safety and Compliance: Check identification to verify legal drinking age. Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible alcohol consumption.
→Customer Interaction: Provide recommendations on drink choices, engage in light conversation, and handle any customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally.
→Bar Setup & Breakdown: Set up bar before opening hours, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready for service. Clean and organize the bar after closing.
