This role is on-site at Long Beach Amphitheater. This position provides operational support across both venues. Under the direction of the Concessions Manager, the Concessions Supervisor is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards during events.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and market considerations. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly related experience may be considered for compensation at or above the posted range, where appropriate and consistent with company compensation practices. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.

  • Supervise and lead event-day concessions staff while maintaining direct interaction with guests.

  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling of event staff.

  • Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.

  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.

  • Develop and uphold standards for guest service, sanitation, product quality, and food safety.

  • Ensure all cash handling and alcohol service procedures are properly documented and enforced.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory procedures, and cash controls.

  • Conduct physical inventory audits, research discrepancies, and perform reconciliations as needed.

To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to execute each essential duty at a high level. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to interact professionally with co-workers and guests while ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Must be fluent in English.

  • Ability to work in an open-air environment in varying weather conditions.

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, including navigating stairs and ramps.

  • Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including frequent reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

  • Must meet all state and local health requirements related to food handling and alcohol service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

  • Commitment to practicing safe work habits and following all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
