Conversion Crew Attendant

• →Move tables, chairs, risers, bleachers, booths, staging, ramps, and other furniture between event spaces and storage areas as directed.
• →Assist with setting up event equipment according to established procedures.
• →Report any property damage, malfunctioning equipment, or safety hazards to the Conversion Manager or supervisor.
• →Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner during event preparations or shift assignments.
• →Notify supervisor of any issues with equipment, supplies, or staffing needs.
• →Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with guests, clients, and co-workers.
• →Adhere to the facility's dress code and grooming standards.
• →Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• →Comply with all ASM Global and Event Services Department policies and procedures.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous experience in event set-up or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, including staff at all levels.
• Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to operate tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 100 pounds.
• This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.

• No certifications required for this role.
