About the Role

The Coordinator, Partnership Service is responsible for the management and execution of an assigned portfolio of corporate partners while supporting the overall success of the Cincinnati Open partnership program. This role serves as a key point of contact for partner communication, activation execution, hospitality planning, asset fulfillment, and event operations.

 

The Coordinator will work closely with internal departments, vendors, and partners to ensure contractual benefits are successfully delivered, and partner objectives are achieved. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset to deliver exceptional partnership experiences and operational excellence.

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and execution are essential.

About the Project/Venue

 

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Management

  • →Manage and Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of assigned partnership accounts.
  • →Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner representatives.
  • →Develop and execute partner servicing and activation plans aligned with partner goals and annual account objectives.
  • →Deliver proactive communication and exceptional service throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • →Assist with renewal preparation and identification of account growth opportunities.

 

Partnership Activation & Service Excellence

  • →Ensure contractual benefits and partnership deliverables are executed at the highest standard.
  • →Oversee activation planning and integration across tournament and year-round events.
  • →Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing, Operations, Premium, Facilities, Ticketing, and Finance to deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • →Lead partner recap development and post-event business reviews.
  • →Establish best practices that strengthen partner communication, engagement, and retention. 

 

 Operational Excellence

  • →Serve as a resource for account strategy, partner servicing, and activation execution, independently resolving day-to-day partner needs
  • →Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • →Identify opportunities to improve departmental workflows, communication, and efficiency.
  • →Assist in developing and maintaining partnership operating procedures, planning tools, and internal documentation.
  • →Support inventory management, asset tracking, reporting systems, and partnership technologies.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship activation, event management, account coordination, sports marketing, or related industries.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-service mindset with a passion for relationship management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/project management platforms.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during tournament operations.
