Part Time Facility Security

The Part-Time Facility Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets. This position monitors facility access, conducts security inspections, responds to incidents, and supports overall physical security operations during assigned shifts.

• →Conducts patrols for the building on a regular basis
• →Respond to all safety and security calls in a professional and timely manner
• →Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarm systems
• →Using excellent customer service skills to interact with Arena Patrons, Vendors and Employees in a courteous and professional manner
• →Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by Security Managers and Supervisors
• →Comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by the Security Managers and Supervisors
• →Comply with and adhere to the Department’s performance, conduct and attendance standards
• →Documenting detailed and accurate incident and shift reports
• →Exhibit exemplary conduct and appearance while on duty
• →Investigate incidents and compile information for official reports
• →Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws.

• A minimum education level of Highschool Diploma or its equivalency
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer knowledge i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to represent the Security Department in an exemplary manner
• Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without the loss of efficiency or composure
• Ability to maintain guests, team members and company confidentiality
• Ability to effectively perform in crisis and work under pressure without the loss of composure
• Ability to memorize, recollect and quickly retrieve relevant information
• Ability to interact effectively and calmy with angry or emotional patrons during intensely aggravated circumstances
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and possible holidays
