The Merchandise Associate will report directly to the manager on duty while working closely with the other sales associates & management. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event world-wide. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in customer service, display of merchandise, and attention to detail. • Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and fans
• Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the location
• Uphold Legends standards and policies
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performance
• Ensure that you are educated on the products and services sold throughout the store
• Assist as directed by your manager to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked
• Assist with stocking of merchandise and weekly inventory replenishment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
