The Premium In-Seat Runner provides elevated food and beverage service to premium seating guests, ensuring a first-class hospitality experience throughout events.

• →Deliver food and beverages directly to premium seating guests.
• →Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• →Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and promotions.
• →Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• →Assist with setup and breakdown of premium service areas.
• →Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in crowded event environments.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Continuous walking and standing.
• Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Navigate stairs and crowded concourses.

This is a part-time, event-based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego.
