Restaurant and Banquet Server

Legends Global at the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack is looking for Restaurant and Banquet Servers. This is a seasonal/temporary position for the 2026 Del Mar Thoroughbred Club Summer Live Meet. Servers must have 2 years of service experience and have their Food Handlers certification and RBS #.  Must be able to attend orientation and training shifts as directed by management.  

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• →Responsible for providing timely food and beverage service 

• →Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment 

• →General knowledge of food and alcohol is required 

• →Proficiency with touch screen POS systems (Toast experience a plus) 

• →Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Must be RBS certified by the start of employment. Servers must be a minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcohol. 

• Two years of food or cocktail service experience 

• Must be able to carry a service tray set with up to eight full plates.                       

• Position requires standing, walking and lifting up to 25 pounds.   

• Must have the ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
