Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment & property management firms in the country, is seeking skilled professionals to become members of our teams in Naples, FL at our stunning apartment communities. We are known for fully rehabbing and repositioning properties and are seeking team members to leasing and manage these multi- million dollar assets. • Driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy
• Ability to Minimize delinquencies and collecting 100% rent each month
• Skilled at motivating and supporting associates to meet and exceed the goals
• Create and execute successful resident retention strategies
• Ability to develop and implement creative and extensive marketing campaigns
• Promote opportunities in the company and assist in building the team.

• Ability to sell & close the deal
• Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
• 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.
