Full-time Medical Office Assistant (Northeast Dallas)

Join our clinical team as a Medical Office Assistant at Aspire Allergy & Sinus and play a key role in delivering exceptional care to patients with allergy, asthma, and sinus conditions.

In this role, you will support both the clinical and administrative sides of the clinic, assisting providers with patient care while also helping ensure smooth front-office operations. From greeting patients to administering allergy injections and coordinating patient information, you will help create a seamless and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Clinic Schedule & Hours:
This position will support our northeast clinic locations. The anticipated schedule is Tuesday 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Wednesday 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Thursday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Ideally, candidates will be based in or near Plano for convenient access to these locations.
