Your Role:

· You will be creating and maintaining accurate estate drawings, floorplans, schematics, Building Information Modelling information and asset data within a centralised drawing management system.

· You will be producing, updating and controlling 2D and 3D computer aided design drawings, registers and revision records to company standards.

· You will be undertaking measured surveys and capturing building, infrastructure and mechanical and electrical asset information across multiple sites.

· You will be reviewing, validating and incorporating contractor, as-built and project information into operational estate records.

· You will be supporting the adoption and maintenance of Building Information Modelling models, asset data and centralised information systems.

· You will be collaborating with stakeholders to maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies and drive continuous improvement in drawing management processes.

What We’re Looking For:

· Qualifications: You will hold a relevant qualification in Computer Aided Design Design or equivalent, a Higher National Certificate, Higher National Diploma, National Vocational Qualification Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline, and a full UK driving licence.

· Experience: You will have proven experience creating and managing technical drawings using AutoCAD, uitilising information supplied within Revit Models, undertaking measured surveys, interpreting technical drawings and maintaining controlled drawing and asset management systems within construction, engineering, facilities management or defence environments. Previous experience working on a large multiple site estate, ideally within a defence or similar sector.

· Skills: You will have strong technical drawing, surveying, organisational and communication skills, a good understanding of building services and mechanical and electrical systems, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
