Your Role:

• You will be leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

• You will be driving efficiency through process improvement and the adoption of modern finance technologies, including enterprise resource planning systems, forecasting tools and artificial intelligence.

• You will be overseeing monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow forecasting and financial analysis for internal stakeholders and the parent company.

• You will be owning financial governance, including internal controls, statutory audits, Sarbanes Oxley controls and the development of robust financial control frameworks.

• You will be leading business partnering activities across central and garrison teams, supporting commercial and project finance functions with forecasting and commentary.

• You are a member of the Extended Leadership Team, championing organisational values, innovation, cross-functional collaboration and support to the Finance Director.
