Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:
you will be supporting adherence to information security controls, monitoring compliance data, reporting exceptions and tracking remediation activities.
you will be representing information technology services to stakeholders and customers, adapting communication to suit different audiences.
you will be owning and improving information technology processes, ensuring documentation is current and customer-focused solutions are developed.
you will be managing asset inventories, planning device replacements and providing forecasts to support budgeting.
you will be conducting service reviews, producing performance dashboards and increasing visibility of service delivery.
you will be supporting service improvement plans and assisting the Head of Information Technology in driving team priorities and customer experience improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will have strong technical experience and the ability to work effectively within information technology service environments.
Experience: You will have demonstrable experience in information technology service delivery management, compiling management reports, project management, customer service and office administration.
Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong planning, problem solving and organisational abilities, a thorough understanding of business processes, and experience supporting and implementing information technology projects.
