Your Role:
You will be organising, planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
You will be proactively monitoring and allocating work to engineers, ensuring tasks created by the Help Desk are assigned and completed within required timescales.
You will be communicating with maintenance teams and stakeholders, updating records and acting as a focal point for job-related enquiries.
You will be maintaining accurate maintenance records, creating schedules and supporting compliance with planned maintenance requirements.
You will be responding to changing operational requirements, coordinating resources and supporting full operational coverage.
You will be promoting safe working practices, following health, safety and environmental procedures, and supporting the Safety First culture.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will hold GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics and be able to work effectively within an administrative and customer-focused environment.
Experience: You will have demonstrated experience in office administration, strong organisational and communication abilities, proficient keyboard skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Skills: You will have excellent communication, customer service, planning and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to analyse information, manage schedules and work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
