AMC JNTC Exercise Coordinator

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences, is seeking a full-time Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) Exercise Coordinator to support our customer at McGuire AFB, NJ in support of Air Mobility Command’s (AMC) STORM FLAG exercise program.  The position is full-time on site at our customers’ facility.   Key Role:    Serve as primary coordinator between Headquarters Air Force (HAF), HQ Air Mobility Command (AMC)/A37, the USAF Expeditionary Center (EC), 21st Air Force (21 AF), 18th Air Force (18 AF), the 34th Combat Training Squadron (34 CTS), the 49th Combat Training Squadron (49 CTS), and operational units. Identify and coordinate exercise Desired Training Objectives (DTO's) & Desired Learning Objectives (DLO's) JNTC STORM FLAG Events. Attend exercise planning conferences, and coordinate AMC participation in Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) exercises to integrate AMC exercise DTOs and DLOs with those of other commands and develop exercise scenarios that provide AMC and other participating commands optimal training value. Ensure that AMC Wing POCs at exercise locations are utilized to complete mission objectives and exercise equipment is in place prior to exercise start and record accomplished training. Write after action reviews following all tasked JNTC exercises to include exercise overview, analysis of objectives, performance gaps and shortfalls, recommendations for improvement, collected assessments. Develop AMC exercise materials, documents, and support AMC/A37 in preparing exercise briefings regarding program status, exercise planning, execution outcomes, and lessons learned. Perform comprehensive Joint Training Tool management including: generating new training objectives (TOs), validating existing TOs, integration of TOs into exercises; recording training objective observations (TOOs), evaluations (TOEs), and training proficiency assessments (TPAs). Submit and maintain Elcano system requirements for JNTC events for proper exercise sourcing. Develop, write, and, after government approval, submit: Program Budget Reviews (PBRs), all JNTC accreditation requirements, and all other necessary funding documents for the JNTC program to ensure proper funding alignment. Write, staff, and coordinate all necessary AMC operational, training, or administrative waivers and any orders required to ensure the successful execution of JNTC events.   Basic Qualifications:   Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a government background investigation Must have a current and active SECRET level clearance Associate’s degree (CCAF or equivalent) and 6 air mobility command experience in any capacity Minimum 6 years of operational experience. Must have strong written and oral skills. Strong attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.   Preferred Qualifications   5 - 7 years of air mobility aircrew experience 3-5 years of experience with AMC exercise design and coordination Bachelor's degree Working knowledge of Joint concepts and practices with regards to exercise design and coordination.   Schedule  M-F between 7:30am and 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time 2 weeks of travel in support of up to 4 STORM FLAG exercises annually required Shift work during STORM FLAG exercises required Telework on limited case-by-case basis   Why ASRC?   As a wholly owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation, we are inspired by the Iñupiat culture.
