Continuous Vetting (CV) Analyst
The Continuous Vetting (CV) Analyst provides mission-critical support to federal government programs by reviewing, analyzing, and processing information related to personnel security vetting. This role supports the Case Processing Operations Center (CPOC) contract within the Defense and Intelligence Operating Group and ensures all activities are executed in full compliance with contractual performance standards, federal regulations, and security policy.
Key Role/Responsibilities:
Review Continuous Vetting alerts submitted through authorized channels.
Utilize government-furnished systems to verify whether alerts are new, valid, and properly attributed to the correct subject.
Identify, document, and assess issues that triggered each alert in accordance with federal vetting guidelines and contract-defined workflows.
Recommend and record appropriate follow‑up actions necessary to support issue resolution, ensuring compliance with federal investigative standards.
Input and update case, subject, and investigative details in multiple government systems and databases.
When applicable, initiate investigations, prepare case materials, and coordinate required documentation for Field Investigators following contract and agency procedures.
Cross‑train across functional areas and provide surge or support coverage to meet contract service levels and mission needs.
Maintain established quality, timeliness, and productivity benchmarks as defined by performance standards and federal requirements.
Participate in additional assignments and special projects that support operational objectives, contract obligations, or evolving government needs.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in government contracting, personnel security, or administrative support.
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office or comparable applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret procedure manuals, email correspondence, and detailed instructions.
Capability to manage and complete assignments independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on workload demands, including potential evening and weekend hours.
Must consent to a government background investigation.
U.S. citizenship required due to contract requirements.
Ability to work a 40+ hour schedule.
Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone.
Work will be performed primarily in a remote capacity. If the employee resides within a one‑hour driving distance of Iron Mountain in Boyers, PA, occasional on‑site attendance may be required. NOTE: Orientation will be performed on-site at Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA, ASRC Federal PMO office.
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed using company furnished laptop or desktop. Position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to walk extended distance to work department when working on-site or use of bus transportation.
Other physical activity may include reaching, bending, lifting, finger dexterity and repetitive motion.
