Microsoft Purview Compliance Analyst

Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Microsoft Purview Compliance Analyst to join our Information Governance team.  The ideal candidate will be proactive problem-solver, versed in the change request process and has the ability to tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs.  Work Location: DC, hybrid (2 days in office and 3 days remote) Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and management of Microsoft Purview Information Protection solutions Provide subject matter expertise and technical support in Microsoft Purview to find sensitive information. Must be able to assess, design and implement data governance solutions that align with client objectives. Collaborate to develop strategies for controlled unclassified information and privacy compliance using Microsoft Purview. Participate in customer and internal meetings, providing technical guidance and facilitating discussions. Collaborate with internal team to create DLP policies Stay educated on new product technologies, industry trends, and emerging capabilities within the practice. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change requests Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required. 2+ years of experience working with large organizations on security engineering projects with deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Purview preferably within the federal government space. Security+ or equivalent certification required Experience with data mapping/architecture is preferred Must be able to pass a high-risk public trust background investigation
