Architectural Review Coordinator

Waccamaw Associa is hiring an Architectural Review Coordinator to support its HOA community in Elgin, SC.

The Architectural Review Coordinator plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
• Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
• Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
• Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, and clerical experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, problem solve, work efficiently, and mange time well. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
