Bay Area Property Services (BAPS), an Associa company, is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Branch President to lead our Walnut Creek operations and help shape the next chapter of our success.

This isn't simply an opportunity to oversee operations. It's a chance to make a meaningful impact on a business, its people, and the communities we serve.

We're looking for a leader who brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and a genuine passion for developing people. Someone who can see the big picture while staying connected to the day-to-day realities of running a successful business. Someone who inspires confidence, embraces accountability, builds relationships, and knows how to deliver results.

At Bay Area Property Services, we're passionate about Building Better Communities.

As an established leader in community association management throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, BAPS provides comprehensive management services to communities of all sizes. Our success is built on strong relationships, exceptional customer service, and a talented team committed to making a difference.

As part of Associa, a leader in community management across North America, we combine the personal service and local expertise of BAPS with the resources, innovation, and professional development opportunities of a larger organization.

We believe great communities start with great people, and great people deserve exceptional leadership.

As Branch President, you'll have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational excellence, financial performance, and continued growth of BAPS.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

  • Take ownership of branch performance, including revenue, budgets, profitability, client retention, and key performance indicators.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen operations, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Make thoughtful, data-driven decisions while maintaining the agility to respond to changing business needs.

  • Partner with regional and corporate leadership to align local priorities with broader organizational objectives.

  • Build, coach, and empower a high-performing leadership team that delivers results and leads with integrity.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop talent, strengthen succession planning, and create opportunities for employees to grow their careers.

  • Set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and ensure leaders have the tools and support they need to succeed.

  • Be a visible, approachable leader who connects with employees, celebrates wins, and addresses challenges constructively.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with community association boards, clients, and key business partners.

  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through responsive service, consistent execution, and proactive relationship management.

  • Serve as an executive-level resource for complex client needs and strategic opportunities.

  • Promote a service-first culture where delivering on commitments is a shared priority.

  • Strengthen BAPS's reputation as a trusted community management partner throughout the Bay Area.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business development, market expansion, and increased revenue.

  • Partner with business development and operational leaders to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, collections, and internal controls.

  • Monitor business performance and implement strategies that improve profitability and long-term financial health.

  • Balance growth opportunities with operational capacity, service quality, and employee engagement.

  • Champion organizational standards, ethical business practices, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Drive innovation, process improvement, and the effective adoption of tools and technology.

  • Navigate change confidently while keeping teams engaged, informed, and focused.

  • Create an environment where leaders are empowered to make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership of results.

We're looking for a proven leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise.

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in community association management, property management, hospitality, or another complex service-based industry.

  • Demonstrated success leading business operations, managing budgets, improving profitability, and driving revenue growth.

  • Proven ability to develop talented leaders, build strong teams, and create a culture of performance and accountability.

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with business planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.

  • A track record of building meaningful client relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting client retention.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

  • The ability to think strategically while remaining engaged in operational execution.

  • Experience leading through change, improving business processes, and creating scalable solutions.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience matters, but how you lead matters just as much.
