Responsible for all human resource activities for the company. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Recruitment

→Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules
→Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels. Arranges interviews for management levels. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
→Coordinate with department Head for the yearly manpower budget and to proceed the recruitment as per the budget
→Conducts Primary Source Verification to the selected candidates
→Review manpower allocations & requisition

✓Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of human resource experience.

✓Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

✓Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

✓Strong knowledge in UAE Labor Law and Dubai Health Authority Regulations
