Service Coordinator

• →Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, managing communication between customers, technicians, and internal team members to keep everyone informed and on track
• →Support ongoing customer needs by maintaining preventative maintenance contracts, coordinating repair estimates, ordering parts, scheduling work, and processing customer billing
• →Maintain customer documentation in compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations based on geographic requirements
• →Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional team environment

You'll be primarily focused in one of three areas while cross-trained to support all functions as business needs arise:

• Tech Dispatch / Customer Interaction
• Service Quotes
• Parts Ordering & Inventory

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with some on-call availability.
