The System Administrator is a critical role within the IT department, responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. In addition to traditional infrastructure management, this role drives technical innovation by integrating AI tools, implementing robust system automation, and is fully accountable for executing and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) established by IT leadership.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, or a related technical field.
- Experience administering Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, email systems, backup and disaster recovery, and storage environments.
- Experience with system monitoring, automation, infrastructure troubleshooting, and IT security.
- Experience supporting and executing IT infrastructure projects.

- Work schedule based in Fremont, CA
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
- Availability to support occasional evening or weekend maintenance, upgrades, or critical infrastructure issues as needed.
- May require work in data center/server room environments, including exposure to server hardware, cabling, and infrastructure equipment.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
$86,000 to $108,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
