Work Location: Home Office - Coppell, TX

Work Schedule: Hybrid

• Onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 

• Work from Home: Mondays and Fridays

The Site Merchandising Coordinator supports the website merchandising team. The site merchandising team is responsible for improving the customer experience and driving conversion and sales on the website through enhancing product information on the website and product marketing on the website. 

The Site Merchandising Coordinator partners with site merchandising and marketing operations teams to execute product presentation strategies.

• →Bachelor’s degree preferred
• →Ecommerce or retail experience preferred
• →Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• →Resourceful, collaborative and a creative solution-seeker
• →Strong teamwork & communication skills
• →Understanding of current ecommerce best practices
• →Proficient in M.S. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
