Team Lead (Benelux) - Amsterdam

• →Lead and coordinate the Benelux Technical Services team, ensuring adequate resource coverage and smooth delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly customer projects and activities.
• →Monitor team performance and quality standards by assigning audits, reviewing KPIs, tracking daily activities, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
• →Support, coach, and develop team members through regular guidance, performance reviews, training, and ATC Academy programs to improve technical skills and overall performance.
• →Manage operational performance and reporting, providing regular updates, KPI reports, service summaries, and recommendations for process improvements to management.
• →Plan and coordinate team schedules and resources, including assigning supervisors and ensuring operational requirements are met.
• →Maintain compliance with health, safety, security, and quality standards, including conducting inspections, audits, and ensuring adherence to ATC and TAPA policies.
• →Oversee warehouse, fleet, and facilities operations in the Netherlands, ensuring efficient organization, maintenance, security, and delivery of improvement projects.
• →Act as a key point of contact for operational and security matters, collaborating with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proven ability to take ownership and complete tasks successfully.
• Experience in logistics, project coordination, or technical service operations, with the ability to guide and support teams.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for project work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365, with strong English skills (C1) and local language proficiency (B2). 
• A valid class B driving licence with a clean driving record

The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.   

• Previous experience in a data centre, logistics, construction, or industrial environment.
• Security management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of TAPA Facility Security Requirements (FSR).
