General Construction Worker/ General Tradesman (Field)

The General Construction Worker supports multi-trade construction operations as part of small, highly specialized field teams. This position assists with various aspects of construction, fabrication, installation, and site support activities while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

• →Assist other trades with welding, ironwork, sheet metal, and mechanical installation activities.
• →Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
• →Perform material handling, site preparation, and general labor duties.
• →Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
• →Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other equipment when properly trained and authorized.
• →Support project crews with installation, assembly, and construction activities.
• →Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• →Follow all company safety procedures and project-specific requirements.
• →Work collaboratively with team members to meet project schedules and customer expectations.
• →Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trade experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple trades.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying environmental conditions.
• Reliable transportation with car insurance
• Must be willing and able to travel full-time.
• Ability to obtain access to military installations as required.
