Advertising Monetization Specialist (Fresher/Junior)

We are looking for a Fresher/Junior Advertising Monetization Specialist to support the technical and operational side of advertising across our mobile games.

You will initially focus on ad setup, performance monitoring, and reporting, while gradually developing your skills in monetization optimization and game performance analysis.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior candidates who have strong logical thinking, attention to detail, technical curiosity, and an interest in mobile advertising.

I. KEY JOB DUTIES

• Set up and maintain ad units, ad networks, mediation, and monetization configurations across mobile games.
• Monitor daily monetization performance and key metrics such as Revenue, ARPDAU, eCPM, Fill Rate, and Impressions.
• Identify unusual performance or data issues and report them to the Monetization team.
• Prepare regular reports and support basic performance analysis.
• Support optimization of mediation, waterfall, bidding, price floors, ad placement, and frequency.
• Support onboarding of new ad partners and research new monetization solutions or market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for monetization-related setup and operational tasks.
• Support other monetization projects and tasks assigned to the team.
• Gradually take ownership of selected games as experience grows.
  

II. REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in any field. Background in Operations, IT/Technical, Data Analytics, or related fields is preferred.
• Fresher and junior candidates are welcome. Prior Ad Monetization experience is not required.
• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Programmatic Advertising, Mobile Advertising, or Ad Monetization.
• Familiarity with AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity LevelPlay, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and lookup functions.
• Able to read data and recognize basic trends or abnormalities.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and learning ability.
• Comfortable working with technical concepts and troubleshooting basic setup/reporting issues.
• SQL, API, or coding knowledge is a plus.
• TOEIC >700 or equivalent English proficiency.
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and interest in mobile games.
