Restoration Supervisor

Project Notifications & Permits: Submit advance regulatory notifications (e.g., 10-day EPA/state agency notifications) prior to disturbing Regulated Asbestos-Containing Material (RACM) and secure required municipal abatement permits.

Documentation & Recordkeeping: Maintain mandatory chain-of-custody forms, daily site logs, employee entry/exit registries, air monitoring logs, fit-test documentation, and medical clearance records for the federally mandated retention periods (often up to 30 years).

Waste Manifest Management: Generate, manage, and verify Uniform Hazardous/Special Waste Manifests to track asbestos waste from the containment barrier to an authorized, EPA-permitted landfill.
