The opportunity
As a Principal, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Southeast Asia business—anchored in Bangkok—leading complex engagements, shaping account strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives across multiple industries.

What you do

·        Lead high‑impact engagements from strategy through execution—owning outcomes, quality, and economics while delivering measurable, sustained results. 

·        Build and grow client relationships with senior executives; originate and convert opportunities through proposals, compelling narratives, and executive presentations.

·        Drive value across priority topics such as growth strategy, operational excellence, digital transformation, organizational effectiveness, and performance improvement.

·        Develop people and teams—coach, mentor, and inspire diverse teams; provide clear guidance and feedback; model inclusive, collaborative leadership.

·        Contribute thought leadership—codify insights, publish points of view, and collaborate across practices to scale impact region‑wide.

What you’ll bring

·        7–10 years of combined management consulting and industry experience.

·        Proven business development record—shaping proposals, winning work, and expanding accounts.

·        Strength in client leadership and program delivery: managing budgets, timelines, and multi‑workstream teams to outcomes.

·        Executive communication and facilitation skills; adept at simplifying complexity and influencing decisions.

·        People leadership: building inclusive teams, developing talent, and fostering a learning culture.

·        Academic excellence; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
