• →Interact across departments to promote a better customer experience throughout the servicing process
• →Process borrower payments
• →Process FHA Transfers, PMI Transfers, and Flood Certificate Transfers
• →Reconcile purchase advice and interact with investors accordingly
• →Process insurance mail
• →Process escrow disbursements for taxes and insurance
• →Show excellent customer service, handling inbound phone calls and emails from customers
• →Provide necessary mortgagor loan data and/or documents to subservicer
• →Support the Accounting department with remittance reconciliation research
• →Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines

• Experience in mortgage servicing and banking operations is recommended
• Strong customer service background
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel

Compensation within this range is determined by a combination of factors, including experience, skill, and organizational needs. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
