• →Effectively manage and process reverse mortgage loan file pipeline
• →Strong knowledge of compliance rules and regulations
• →Reviews loan applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring standards are met
• →Communicate with borrowers to compile all necessary documentation and keep them informed throughout the process
• →Proficiency in understanding the loan profile to pre-underwrite conditions, with the goal set to manage and streamline the loan process with underwriting

• →Process documents, including income, assets, and employment, and analyzing liabilities in a paperless work environment

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor or Loan Officer Assistant
• Previous experience using Quantum Reverse platform
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
