As a Universal Banker, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a trusted partner in their financial journey. By building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized guidance, you’ll help customers feel confident in their financial decisions while contributing to the growth and success of your branch. Along the way, you’ll receive coaching and hands-on experience to expand your banking knowledge and grow your career.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their goals, and recommend personalized banking solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service while resolving customer questions, concerns, and complex service needs.
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital capabilities that make banking easier and more convenient.
• Create a welcoming branch experience that strengthens customer relationships and supports branch growth.

• Perform teller transactions, cash handling activities, and daily balancing responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Open new accounts and process customer requests while following established procedures.
• Provide support for day-to-day branch operations and complete assigned operational duties.
• Demonstrate proficiency with digital banking tools and educate customers on available technology.
• Manage risk by adhering to all policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML policies and procedures.
• Complete all required training and maintain knowledge of products, services, and operational expectations.

• Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time & lift objects up to 30 lbs.

• Take ownership of your performance by meeting service expectations, contributing to team goals, and delivering

results that support the success of the branch.

• Continue learning and growing as our business, technology, and customer needs evolve.
