The Wholesale Loan Documentation and Processing Specialist II is responsible for supporting loan documentation and processing activities to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely loan origination and servicing. This role prepares, reviews, and maintains loan-related documentation, processes customer payments, supports account servicing activities, and works with internal partners to resolve documentation discrepancies while adhering to regulatory requirements, company policies, and established procedures.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain loan documentation to support accurate, compliant, and timely loan origination and servicing activities.
  • Verify documentation, collateral information, disclosures, and other required supporting materials to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance.
  • Process loan servicing transactions, including customer payments, account updates, remittances, and deposit-related activities.
  • Research and resolve documentation, payment, and processing discrepancies in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to customer and internal partner inquiries, providing information and support in accordance with established service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and established procedures.
  • Complete assigned work accurately and within established deadlines while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
  • Identify routine issues and take appropriate action to resolve or escalate in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Communicate information requiring explanation or interpretation to customers, teammates, and business partners.
  • Support departmental initiatives and aid across the team as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive customer and business information.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures governing bank operations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

This position reports to the Manager, Loan Documentation and Processing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Vocational or technical training may be required.
  • Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of loan documentation, processing, servicing activities, and related documentation requirements.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, exercise judgment in resolving routine issues, and work effectively under moderate supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide information, explanation, and support to customers, teammates, and business partners.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and operational controls related to assigned responsibilities.

Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location, etc.
