Advance Your Mission. Strengthen the Force. At ATLAS, we know that behind every powerful system is a talented maintainer ensuring peak readiness. We’re looking for skilled Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) Maintainers to join our team in Poland — someone who thrives on precision, adaptability, and purpose. If you’re passionate about sustaining excellence and supporting the front lines, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do: As a TADSS Maintainer, you will play a crucial role in keeping training systems operational, reliable, and ready at a moment’s notice. Your responsibilities will include: Maintenance Excellence: Perform maintenance activities at designated locations without impacting operational readiness, ensuring all systems are field-ready. Spares and Sustainment Oversight: Leverage initial spares packages for ongoing system support. Monitor consumption, recommend replenishment via Bill of Materials (BOM), and address hardware obsolescence with agility. Repairs and Returns: Lead the repair, return, and replacement process — managing packaging, customs documentation, and shipments — ensuring a seamless return to service. You’ll directly impact the readiness of critical systems supporting advanced armor training, empowering our partners to excel in the most demanding environments. Requirements What You Bring: Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of recent, hands-on experience with computer-based training devices or maintenance of complex military systems. Skillset: Must be able to speak fluent Polish and English. Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, fault isolation, sustainment, repair/replacement of components. Configuring hardware/software suites, installing patches and firmware updates. Cable management, network cabling installation, and verification of operational systems. Background: Training or certification related to tank operations, combat gunnery, training systems, or maintainer roles. Responsibility Scope: Maintain up to 15 training devices across diverse environments, including tabletop trainers, deployable systems, permanent installations, and mobile solutions. Your technical expertise will be critical in enabling the next generation of armored warfare professionals. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package!
