Responsibilities

→General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
→Verify shipping and receiving of all materials. Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record required information on in-process sheets.
→Maintain productivity standards and verify all job requirements of the final products with the correct density, material, weight, size, and shape within given quality tolerance to meet specific job requirements.
→Verify equipment set-up throughout the process; operate and power down manufacturing
→Operate or assist with machinery such as, but not limited to hauling, wrapping, sanding, and printing equipment.
→Cut, bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble and label materials per specific production instructions.
→Knowledge of and ability to operate Pre-breakers / Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
→Perform any other functions and responsibilities as assigned.
→Must be trained and familiar with general safety.
→Must be trained and familiar with Quality System Awareness.
→Must be verified by supervisor and be signed off on procedures needed to fulfill job requirements within 2 months of hire.
→Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required.

Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment helpful.

Ability to write and speak English for safety and quality purposes.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn and use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools such as a tape measure.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment preferred.
