Production Manager

• →Support goals related to reliability and improvements to the manufacturing processes in support of improved KPIs (e.g., waste, unplanned downtime, process capability, schedule adherence).
• →Create and sustain manufacturing and management processes through effective performance management and process efficiency evaluation.
• →Maintain documentation, track, and take corrective action when product performance issues occur.
• →Maintain inventory control and tracking of all production related products and raw materials.
• →Support priorities for equipment and plant maintenance downs for scheduling.
• →Support goals and objectives designed to ensure that customer orders are delivered within specifications and as scheduled.
• →Ensure that the process and products comply with all Quality specifications, regulations, and standards.
• →Maintain product quality as a top priority and department deliverable.
• →Ensure direct reports investigate and troubleshoot all Quality related returns (internal and external) and customer complaints; takes appropriate action to fix and prevent reoccurrence.
• →Lead in the development and maintenance of production operational manuals.
• →Investigate internal and external failures, in conjunction with other key personnel, and make necessary adjustments or take appropriate action to correct.
• →Operate with an intense sense of urgency around daily execution of production fundamentals including safety, quality, and efficiency.
• →Maintain effective working relationships with Union leadership to support operational and employee relations goals.
• →Work with the Plant Manager to monitor production processes, process improvements, new concept development, and new equipment additions or replacements.
• →10-15% travel to other Atlas’ facilities, vendors/supplies, training, etc.

• Minimum of Five years manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in the fields of production, maintenance, safety.
• Web handling experiences preferred but not required.

• Display a strong application of technical proficiency with mechanical and electrical systems
• Display a strong aptitude for data analytics
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• High level of computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Must be a self-motivated, detail oriented, problem solver.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical business degree preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification is preferred.
