The Job

The Manager is responsible for the people, product, environment, service, sales, and cost balancing at their assigned location. They ensure the company goals are being met on both a day to day and long term basis. The Manager is expected to build and maintain a team that aligns with our culture and values, providing it with necessary resources, and leading it towards a common and unified vision. The Manager has an ownership mentality, the respect of their colleagues and employees, and is able to balance all responsibilities.


Our Managers know they are succeeding when:

  • They are a Great Communicator: acts as the voice of the business, communicating a vision for success that sparks excitement in others; timely, professional, and clear. 
  • They Manage Labor: Writes and posts schedules thoughtfully and on time, actively adjusts staffing on shift and throughout week, submits accurate time entries and tips to Payroll

  • Coach & Motivator: assesses potential in self and others, proactively develops succession plans for key roles, and inspires others to take personal ownership
  • Results Achiever: solves problems, achieves goals, and implements programs and policies.
  • Autonomous: manages time and goals independently; self-starter, problem-solver.
  • Discerning; can be trusted with delicate information. Know when and what to share and with whom. Loose lips sink ships. We value a unified front.
