Construction Project Manager

• →Experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally involving commercial kitchens, equipment installations, or other technically complex environments.
• →Strong understanding of construction processes, MEP systems, and coordination across multiple trades.
• →Proven experience independently managing construction budgets, project schedules, contractors, and vendors.
• →Experience with contractor bidding, RFPs, cost management, and value engineering.
• →Familiarity with permitting, inspections, building codes, and local regulatory requirements.
• →Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• →Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• →Experience with commercial kitchen equipment, robotics or manufacturing equipment installations, or kitchen ventilation and fire suppression systems is a plus.

This role is based in our New York office. As a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 - $175,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
