At Namaa, we build and operate tech-enabled urban infrastructure that gives consumers fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.

Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.

We believe the future of foodservice and commerce lies in purpose-built infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and scalability. That’s why Namaa was established—to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.

Our ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thrive in an increasingly on-demand world.

Responsibilities

→2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or a similar role.
→Experience developing training materials, presentations, guides, or other learning content.
→Strong communication in both English and Arabic and presentation skills, with the ability to make information clear and accessible to different audiences.
→Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
→A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
→Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, and comfort using digital tools to create and deliver learning materials.
→A proactive, adaptable approach with a genuine interest in helping people learn and perform at their best.

That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
