Responsibilities

→ Review complex tax returns (partnerships, individuals, S-Corps, C-Corps) and supporting workpapers
→ Advise clients on tax implications of business and personal transactions
→ Research complex tax issues (federal, state, and international) and prepare technical memoranda
→ Lead multiple client engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability
→ Manage engagement budgets, staffing, and client relationships
→ Mentor and develop team members; provide technical guidance and training
→ Stay current on tax law changes and share insights internally and with clients
→ Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries, audits, and notices
→ Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and support new business efforts
→ Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive client solutions

Requirements
