• → Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and
• →shipping
• → Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
• → Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• → Optimize workflow, layout, and inventory processes for maximum efficiency
• → Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• → Manage daily production activities and staff scheduling
• → Coordinate with engineering, quality, and warehouse departments
• → Monitor production output and implement process improvements

• Previous experience in warehouse & production management or a similar role
• Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)
• Strong analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in production & inventory management systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges
