The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure they
meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical in
maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

→ Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of CNC machined
→components
→ Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
→ Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges,
→CMM, etc.)
→ Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
→ Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective
→actions
→ Support production teams in understanding quality standards and requirements
→ Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machining
preferred
2+ years of QC experience in a CNC machining environment
Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
Proficient with precision inspection tools and basic CMM use
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus
Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers
