Responsibilities

→Requires 5 – 8 years’ experience in systems engineering or technical business management role
→Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
→Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
→Experience with cloud computing.
→Experience in SQL, Data mapping, API, SFTP, HTTP(s) protocols
→Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
→Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
→Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
→Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
→Expertise in business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and process modeling
→Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
→Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys and aligning technology solutions to customer experience outcomes
→Ability to connect business capabilities and system interactions to customer journeys (e.g., journey mapping frameworks, E2EUX concepts)
→Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI, automation, digital platforms)
→Preferred degrees in Engineering, Information Systems or related technical fields.
