Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Requires 5 – 8 years’ experience in systems engineering or technical business management role
- →Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- →Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- →Experience with cloud computing.
- →Experience in SQL, Data mapping, API, SFTP, HTTP(s) protocols
- →Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- →Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- →Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- →Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- →Expertise in business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and process modeling
- →Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- →Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys and aligning technology solutions to customer experience outcomes
- →Ability to connect business capabilities and system interactions to customer journeys (e.g., journey mapping frameworks, E2EUX concepts)
- →Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI, automation, digital platforms)
- →Preferred degrees in Engineering, Information Systems or related technical fields.
